Question front 19X10 wheels

Hi Guys,
I have several questions:
Anyone with 19X10 runing squared or
19x10 front & 19x11 rears?
Mounted in 285/35R19 tires, please share driving experience with your setup. Do you have any fitting or rubbering issue?
Which tires do you prefer for Street and track?
Michelin Super Sport or Bridgestone Potenza RE-11

19x10 in the front might have rubbing issues. I was going that route now I'm going 19x9.5 all around.

Hi Devildog1679,
But upgrading from my present 9x19 wheel to 9.5", do you think this will represent a performance improvement or it will be the same?

Perhaps others can chime in as well, but I also heard 19X10 will rub in the front.

I use a square 19x9.5 setup for track weekends. If you find decent lighter wheels and save ~20lbs off the weight of the car. I use SVE drifts, and they are 5lbs a corner lighter than stock 19x9s.

You can go as wide as 285 with 19x9.5 and still be within measuring width recommendation, and I'm set on going with RE-11 next time I need new tires. I'm using Bridgestone Potenza S04 right now since they were rated right behind Pilot SS, but when its time to replace I think I'll go RE-11. I've never used them, but heard great things about the performance.

I went with 275/40-19 for my tire setup to compensate for the short gearing with 3.73 final drive.

Also if you want to go staggered with wider tires on the back you'll need to change out your rear sway bar to compensate for more grip on the back. This is why I stuck with a square setup on mine for now.

I'm also using 275/40R19 squared because of my short gear 3.73. Is good to know that you were able to fit 285/35R19 up front. Still I will like to know if someone else was able to fit that front tire to 19X10 without mods like having to switch to coilovers. I will not consider going down to 18's, because of my 3.73 gear unless is a 285/40R18 that will also fill my fenders, but that will keep me away from good tire options that I like for example the Michelin Pilot SS, Bridgestone Potenza RE-11, etc.

The 19x10 +42 offset Forgestars sold through AM are listed as rear only but they will fit on the front and clear the Brembo Calipers. Their only issue is the center cap wont fit.
You can get different center caps through Forgestar that will work.

I have been running 19x10 boss302s 47.5mm offset w/275-35s Conti DW all around for over 3.5 years and no rubbing ever street or track. Expect stone stone pecking on your rockers with wider front wheels/tires. Hope this helps. DWs are great on the street. For the two tires you mentioned, I'd prefer Michelin. Take a look at the new bfg's?

I know that the Kenny Brown wheels for the Ring package are 19x10 Forgelines for the front and 19x11 for the rear. They are a custom offset and will set you back the cost of a supercharger just for the wheels. Here''s the link.
