Eibach Sportlines and Wide Rear tires

Hey everyone. I would like to know if anyone here is running the Eibach Sportline Springs or something as low or lower setup with wide rear tires.

My main goal is to put a 305 or 315 tire in the back come spring time, and my suspension mods are happening with my christmas bonus. I want to be as low as the sportline kit while still achieving that tire. Anyone here do something like that yet? I searched up and down in the suspension threads and couldnt find any hard evidence.

LMK what setup you have with a wide rear tire!!!!!

I have the sportlines on my 2010 GT not recommended if it's a DD. Mine is a weekend cruiser and rubs on everything. I now have 20's on her and have no problems with tire fitment. Here is a couple pics so you can have a idea of what your looking at. If your ride is not a fun mobile i would suggest the pro kit. My ride is stiff and i have to be very careful how i enter and exit parking lots, but i wouldn't change anything...

bump..

Whats your tire size? And you mean rub as in scrape the bottom? Im used to driving very low cars so that wouldnt phase me one bit. Most of my past cars have been coilover setups so this is the first time i am doing just a spring/shock combo. The coils for these are just too **** expensive.

I thought the pro's gave a bigger drop than the sportlines. I had the pro's on my dd and disliked them enough to swap them out for the steeds sports. Very happy with them.

Sportlines drop lower than Pro.

If you wanna run a 305 or 315 rear tire, I'd go with Steeda Sports or get a set of good coilovers so you can really dial in your lowering.

I run 305's with no problem..Yea I have some exhaust bolt on the coupler that are a little low a die grinder took care of that.. The sportlines are a great set up i ordered the whole suspension kit from AM. The springs, shocks, struts , and sway bars at a reasonable price it all came as a kit. i think the sportlines are 1.6 in the front and 2.1 in the rear i might be alittle off with the measurements. I love the set up..

Will the 315's stick out?

I have a nice set of H&R race springs that will drop you almost 2 inches, I ran them on the car for a month, but with an X-brace taking over an inch from the underside, I would occasionally scrape. They have less than 1k on them(April) and I would give you a good deal...
For the record the ride was PHENOMENAL!!! Rails, and not overly harsh.

It depends on what wheels you run which will determine fitment of 305. Just curious why you want to run such a wide tire and go that low. What's your goal with your car? I'd stay away from eibach struts and shocks, koni orange are much better for the money. Let me know if we can help you out give me a call or send me an email or PM.

Well Ive already got the Eibach sport system plus kit. It lowers the car perfectly where i wanted it and the ride is not too harsh. Much better than my subaru was on coilovers.

Now im just in the wheel market, trying to decide 19s or 20s, as well as what tires to run. Im going to get atleast a 295/305 rear tire. It is a must for me.
