Double adjustable UCA/LCA help!

Hello, I don't know if the topic has been brought up or not. I really don't have the time to scroll all 30 plus pages. I bought double adjustable UCA/LCAs along with the relocation brackets for the LCAs from UPR.

My problem is, I don't know what length to set them. I have them eyeballed to stock length, then i got an alignment.

Does anyone know where I can get specs to set up my rear suspension for a track day at Sebring? also another set of specs for the drag strip? Its' for my 2013 GT. '

Any help is much appreciated!

Is this what you got? There's a link to instructions on there. You may need to double check the pinion angle.

I haven't done adjustable LCA's, so I'm not familiar enough to give help

The UCA is similar to this Steeda one. I dont think the Steeda one is double adjustable though. I got mine from UPR Products. I had Ford put everything to stock specs since I had no idea what angles/lengths to put those bad boys at. Sooooooo I pretty much bought really expensive stock control arms until I can adjust em lol.

Assuming ford correctly set them, i would just leave it. I'm not sure what the benefit of adjusting would be. The adjustable upper's benefit is primarily to reset pinion angle after using a relocation bracket or lowering.

What do the lowers get you? adjustable rear ride height?
