Destroyed a spring perch...now what to do.

So this has turned in to a bit of a small nightmare...
While trying to install new struts, shocks and camber plates, upon teardown one of the spring perches decided to destroy itself, spilling precious bearings all over the place. (yes, my car is still sitting on jackstands in the driveway).
I went online to order a replacement only to find the part number doesn't match anything in Ford's system. (BR33-18183-CD)
There's a number that's close (BR3Z-18183-C) but it comes up as a 2011-2012 GT500 mount. Confused as I thought the GT and GT500 were different.
I originally ordered the part from the stealership (almost double the cost of the online price) but when it came in I noticed it wasn't the same part!
So this is my dilemma. Anyone have some insight as to how I can remedy this issue? Better still, anyone have the part in question I can buy off of you!!
Thanks people.

You must be referring to the OE upper strut mount falling apart (item 5 in the exploded view).

I recently installed a suspension (FR3 Adj) and Max Motorsports Caster/Camber plates. Had to use the bottom portion of the OE upper strut mount (Max told me to use the OE mounts, not the GT500 mounts that were included with the kit), including it's bearing pack.

Kinda of an pain as I've no spring compressor and had to run both assemblies to my local shop. While loading them into my truck after they'd pulled them apart, one of the mounts fell apart spilling ball bearings onto my floorboard. I spent 20 minutes looking all over it, the parking lot and the shop floor for one more bearing. Gave up, carefully took the other apart in my garage and verified there appears to be room for one more ball.

If you can find them all, clean and regrease the ball bearings and put them back in the race with the upper race cap, then reassemble per the instructions that came w/the plates.

Note, it will look like you're missing a bearing. Both mine were the same, looked as though they could hold one more bearing.

I assume you've bought replacements by now, but if not, I have a set of stockers that never came apart during my suspension mods yesterday I'd be happy to sell to you cheap. Less than 2,700 very easy miles

Done and done! Was picking out bearing from my yard for an hour but I think I found them all. Looks like I'm good to go. Thanks!

Question... Why are you reusing stock strut mounts? Maybe I'm just understanding wrong, but you should have upgraded the mounts. One of my stockers fell apart and NOTHING i did would get it back together. It was just 2 separate pieces and nothing held it together. Didn't matter tho cause i replaced with GT500 mounts

Max Motorsports told me I couldn't use the bottom half of the GT500 mounts that came with my FR3 Adj suspension with their caster/camber plates. Had to use the bottom half of the OE.

You need the bearing tray and upper spring seat as a unit (separated from the upper rectangular mount) to attach to the camber plates. I can't comment on the GT500 mounts. I put mine back together and everything's been working fine.
