Has anyone installed this? There are 2 versions I believe, standard motor height and 1/2 inch lowered. I'm thinking of going with the lowered version. I was looking into swapping motor mounts in but some of those are $200 or more with 2 to 3 hours labor and so was thinking might as well as just do k MEM for $500 and same labor time and get weight reduction and stiffer mounts.

 

Plus you are lowering the weight of the engine which will make the car feel a little more planted since the center of gravity is lower than stock.

 

Rt, I think it is 27lb vs 45. I just did the drive shaft and man I knew it was lighter but the aluminum was so much easier to pickup. Prob the 2 piece thing made it harder. I just wonder if the bmr front K will add a lot of NVH ?

 

It's just me but I hear the exhaust I have more than any NVH. It's a muscle car after all.

 

Ya I agree. I was just wondering if anyone knew something that would make it way too much NVH. I'm gonna do it after I do springs and damp.

 

I would be interested to hear the effect on NVH too as a daily driver.
