Anyone have any experience with FRPP fixed dampers?

I've got a killer deal lined up on FRPP non-adjustables with P-Springs, which would be the setup for me, at least until my warranty is out. I see people rave night and day about the adjustable shocks and struts, but I don't see anyone with the fixed units. Is there a reason for that?

They would be going on a daily driven Track Pack car that lives up a phenomenal set of mountain roads in New York, so they need to perform but not be too harsh. Granted, my last fun daily driver was a full suspension GTO which rode about as well as a Z51 C6, so my tolerance for harshness may be higher than some.

Thanks in advance.

My recommendation, wait until you can afford the adjustable dampers, or maybe opt for a premium non-adjustable damper such as Bilstein.

I'm sure the FRPP non-adjustable would be good compared to stock, but it since you have had other performance cars in the past, you might have that itch that will always leave you wondering about the adjustable "what-if" scenarios...
