Adjustable panhard bar question

My passenger tire sticks out about 1/4 of inch and was wondering if the rear end needs to be lifter to make adjustments or can i do it with the car on the ground. I have a single adjustable panhard bar. I am able to squeeze under the car. Thanks for ur help

yep, on the ground.... adjust the panhard bar and it should move the tire in whichever direction you wish.
