20 x 9.5 wheels on a 2012 gt
Is anyone running 20 9.5 wheels on all 4 corners of their mustang? Im specifically looking for info if this will fit on the front of a brembo car. And I do realize a proper offset and backspace is critical.
Hmmm... I'd like to know myself. Thinking about putting 20's on my 14' GT Brembo...
I'm running some STR 607s 20x9.5 35 offset on my car. 275/35 all around. No issues with rubbing and I'm dropped about 1.5". You probably need an offset lower than 30 or some 5mm spacers to clear the brembos upfront.
Thanks for the help. I am looking at a 20 x 9.5 wheel with a 35 offset and a 275/35/20 tire. I ran the numbers to compare it to the stock 19 x 9 wheels on the car and everything is pretty close. I am just hoping to stay with a square setup. I have had a few cars where each wheel and tire was specific to one corner. It was a pain if you had a problem with one tire or wheel.

I have them on mine... Brembo car with 20 x 9.5 Roush Hyperblacks and 275/35R20 Cooper RS3's (you know that standard Roush stuff) on all 4 corners. Check out my album if you want pics.
Nice looking car shaneyusa. I like the color. I was looking at American Racing Daytona wheels. I am looking for a black wheel to go with the black stripes I have to go on the car.

There are many other factors that will determine whether a 20x9.5 will fit all around. I've personally seen 20x10 and 20x10.5 on the fronts. It all depends on offset and spoke design, some spoke designs are so aggressive they'll hit our brake calipers. We require a higher offset than most other cars.
What wheels were they?

Exactly what I said!...
the wheels I was looking at are American racing Daytona 20x9.5 or the 20x8.5 for the front. the 9.5 has a 35mm offset and a 6.63 backspace.
the 8.5 has a 30mm offset and a 5.93 backspace. just want to make sure this will clear a brembo brake package.

I was actually looking at that wheel too. American Racing says the 20x8.5 won't clear the Brembos, but the 20x9.5 will. I was thinking of getting them anyway and running a 1/4" spacer. But in reality, I'd like to go wider all around than 8.5/9.5 staggered, so I nixed them.
