You won't know for sure until someone tries it to see.

If someone with a Brembo GT knows someone with a 13-14 GT500 that will let them try it out that would be the best bet.

 

Here's a pic of the 15" kit installed upfront with the Ford Racing adjustable struts and brake cooling kit. The cooling kit is not a straight forward install. I spent a good amount of time Dremeling my inner fender splash panels...AND, the tubing FR supplies is not long enough to snake around the windshield washer reservoir. I guess they assume you have a track-only project car.

I will say one thing, the Brembo/Track Pack wheels from the GT fit, but it is a very close fit. I think there's not much more than 1 mm space. Not happy about, but it could be fine. I will consider some slim wheel spacers possibly.

How much does this weight compared to the 4-pot brembos? Those 15" rotor look pretty heavy. Is the extra two pistons worth the additional weight? Is the stopping power improved?

 

If I had wheels that would clear them I'd be all over this!

 

I just installed 15 inch Bembo 6 piston front brakes off of a GT500 on my 2013 GT with Track Package and yes they fit the wheels, albiet with less clearance than my 4 piston. Same comments as Dinosoar.

So typically a 19 inch wheels should work with a 15 inch rotor, but thats only part of the problem. Its the spoke part of the wheel that is the next issue. The clearance between the outboard caliper and the spokes is not an automatic and would have to be checked. Also, back spacing has little to do with this issue since it only moves the spokes relative to the back edge of the rim. Its really the shape/design of spokes and how much room they allow for the calipers thats important.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, does anyone have the 15" brembo kit with the stock brembo/track pack 19 inch wheels? Any pics

 

I don't have pics, but I can tell you the rears are fine and the fronts are right on the border. Very little clearance between spokes and calipers. In fact I swear there is some paint that has been rubbed off of one of the corners of one of my calipers. But then I do drive agreesively. I have thought about getting a 1/16th in wheel spacer if I see any real contact. No pics though, but they do fill the the wheels nicely and definetly stop better, but then you probably won't know unless you drive and brake hard. Makes late braking a breeze!

Rears are 13.8, so just think how whimpy the stock 11.8 ones look. And if you go to the 15 up front, in my opinion you need the 13.8 rears to balance out the braking effect. I could tell the difference with just the front. Much better brake pedal feel with the rears as well. Only about .02 clearance on the front calipers. Hard to see in the picture.
