i get the same attention with my gt GHIG. i was at a track event and people were surrounding the car. they were even posing next to it for pics. i think its just cuz mustang

 

Must be a Boss thing.. I have a GT500 2012 and it doesn't get anywhere near the same attention at the Boss...Don't get me wrong, people notice the GT500 but there are so many of them and they are so common in comparison to the Boss. I think the Green pops and will always get noticed......

I attended caffeine and carburetors new canaan ct for father's day and was parked between two Shelby's but ended up being the only BOSS in the over 400 cars that day and the SBY got a lot more attention than my neighbors!

 

I went to a show a few weeks back. I had the only Boss 302 there. The modified Shelby's got more attention. One one an award.

 

Clearly they were of the Jeremy Clarkson school of POWAAAAARRRRR. They see the huge HP and top speed numbers in books, or on window stickers, and drool like dogs. If they only could see what a Boss can do on the track.

 

I guess part of the fun of owning a Mustang has always been the attention they attract.
My 65,67,69 and 85 ,back in the day, got comments and compliments but no where near what I have on my 05,10,&13 GTs. Sometimes it is almost embarrassing and other times quite pleasant.BUT I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I think color has a lot to do with it too. My 08 Candy Apple got attention, but not as much as my 13 Race Red. Even people on the street will point and watch me go by.
