Sweet!
What made you go with the "P" springs over the "K" or other ones?
I'm starting to think of lowering my car all around instead of just the 55D rear springs that I have now, and am mostly looking at the Steeda Sport springs, and the "P" / "K" set-ups ...
Thanks!

I went with the P springs for a couple reasons: First, I wanted to stay with FRPP. Secondly, I got them at a great price from CDC, only $125. I also didn't want to have to deal with an adjustable panhard bar if I lowered too much. Overall, I am real happy with the stance. In these pictures I am still using the standard shocks/struts that came with the track pack. That is the next thing on my list to replace this spring. I really was not thrilled with the shock tuning in the regular springs, but adding the P's just amplified how bad the shock tuning is. The ride is very bouncy and uncontrolled, especially on track. I will be adding FRPP adjustable shocks before taking it back to the track this spring.

Where did you get the wheels and what are the offsets? I see they clear the Brembos no problem. Did you have to use a spacer? Car looks great. Can't wait to get mine out there.

It appears they no longer carry the wheels in this finish any more, only black and chrome. But they fit over the Brembo brakes perfectly with no need for any kind of spacer.
According to the specification listing on AM's website:
Size: 18x9
Backspacing: 167mm
Offset: +40mm
Weight: 23.2 lb
I have them fitted with 275/35/18 Continental Race Tires, the same used by Grand Am in the Continental Race series for GS class Mustangs. I get them as scrubs from Rehagen Racing.

I checked the site out and yep they don't have that color anymore. I love that style of rim. I want to get some nice wheels for the summer and save my stock TP wheels. I'm eyeballing the FR500C 18x10 wheels but they are $2400 a set. I would be putting 285/35/18's all the way around on them. One day I guess. It might be a waste of money but there's just something about them that I love.

Shock Upgrade?

I have my 2014 GT, DIB/TrackPkg/Recaros on order. I had done a bit of research and found that a few road tests said the OE shock damping was poor on the base and track pack...as you noted too. On the same purchase order, I got a bunch of stuff fromt eh FR Catalog, to include the brake cooling kit (as I see you have), and the Adjustable Handling Pack. I think these may be the same part number on the BOSS 302. I know the shock on the BOSS are blue as well. Either way, I defintely wanted to change out the dampers as others noted they ain't so good for track work.
Have you changed them out? If so, Ford Racing bits?

Overall, I am really happy with the shock setup. I have them set pretty soft for street driving (-5F/-6R), and it has cured the death bounce I was getting on segmented concrete. It is still stiff enough that I can have some fun on the twisty roads. On track, I put them to -2F/-1R and the car was totally transformed. It turned in predictably, and had a minimal push through the corners. I timed a couple laps and went from a best of 1:34.3 last year to a 1:30.2 this time around. Some of that additional time was just me getting more used to the car, but most of it was that I could carry more speed through the corners.
If you are just rolling everything into the new purchase of your '14, I'd say get the full FRPP handling kit and you will not be disappointed.

I am doing just that, the full FRPP adjustable handling pack. I bought the 1.5" lowering springs too (cant remember which are P and K). I will start off with your basic settings you've outlined above. Thanks!!
