2013 Version of Gotta Have it Green...
Ericc, the only problem with this, is that the order can't be split up. They all have to be purchased together, I believe. I don't deal with fleet sales, so I don't know the specifics, but if a company wants 15 F150s in a certain color (like ServPro and their bright green F150s) they all have to be purchased together and titled in the same name.
If would be great to get 5 people to go in on this, but only one person would be able to have their names on all the cars (and loan if it went that far).
Heck, years ago, when I ordered my car, I sent an email to Jim Owens who was the brand manager of the Mustang back in 2005 (he left to work for Shelby and is now back with Ford again) via our Dealer boards (I had his email address) to see if I could get my car painted Highland Green (they offered it on F250 trucks in 2005 and 2006. I knew the answer before I sent it, but wanted to see what he said. He said he wished they could but wasn't allowed (but loved my idea of making a 2006 Bullitt tribute). So even they know people want this option.
Personally, Ford could make a BOATLOAD of money, if they offered a "customization" program like what the highlines do. I would gladly pay $1,000 at minimum for the option of having the factory painting my car a color not on the Mustang palate, but available on another Ford car (I really like Blue Candy on the Focus. Would look awesome on a Mustang GT). It isn't hard to do, as the paints are available and could be shipped ahead of time for the production. Just a thought.

Also want to thank RedCandy5.0 for posting the 3 diff pics, cause out of those 3 my fav is the Camaro Synergy Green! Its very rich! As I posted in another Gotta Have It Green blog here, my fav Green color of the modern era is Roush/BarrettJackson/SherwinWilliams Sassy Grass Pearl! But how about a NON_Metallic Green like Porsche 911 GT3RS Signal Green?? Love that one!! How about Ford bring back some NON_Mettalic paints; they look good and are cheaper too!! Someone also mentioned that the new Ford Browns are nice, and I agree; and again how about that Porsche 911 color-Macadamia?
This blog is a whole lot more friendly than the other one, right dogiebitt??
P.S. Has anyone seen Roush Premier Edition colors?? How about those greens, Luminescent Lime and Mean Green (that is darker and meaner than Highland green)?? Oh yes and how about the SMS (Saleen) Sour Apple Green Metallic that available on the SMS Challenger, Camaro or Mustang??
I think that Porsche colour would look sweet on the 2010-12 body style, even the new 2013 body as well, coupled with the saddle interior option, **** good looking car that would be! I would order that in a heart beat! So what do you think of the Roush and Saleen Greens (Pics) that I posted earlier in the blog!?

When the order guide states:
Racing Stripe, "Over-the-Top" – Single (Satin Black 85X or White 852)
(N/A with Hood and Side Stripes (943), Glass Roof (59G) or Convertible)
Is that one flat stripe, or the wide stripe with the 2 really thin stripes along side the large one, or what. Anyone have a more in-depth description or picture?
