2013 GHIG Roush Stage 3
Tony - what's up brother!
I caught up on your postings here on this thread.
You won't buy from private party?!?!?! WHAT! I'd buy from you, hopefully you'd buy from me. It just depends - example, I might be considering a 2015 Subaru STI for my next toy (instead of my used Viper or M3), because it's from a buddy here locally. I know him well and the mods done to the car since new... I know the car is well taken care of.
As far as trading in - I would do that as last resort. When you're really set/ready to pull the trigger on the next car, re-post your Stage 3 for private sale at that point. You will lose a LOT of money on your car on trade. I don't care how LOW your miles are, or how pristine it is. You WILL lose a LOT of money on it for trade. Period. Sell it to someone who will care for it the way you would want. The key is patience - and planning.
Ideally, like I mentioned many times before, don't get rid of your Stage 3. Keep it... then ALSO buy your next car. If you can't do it financially, then save up.
That's my advice. Not worth much, but I thought I'd be open and honest.

Hey bro, what's going on?
I almost texted you last week to see what was up and how you were doing.
If I knew the person and they had a killer car, I would buy private party, otherwise, I'm kind of weary of what people say these days, unless I have it in writing, but then you have to get a lawyer and all that jazz if the car isn't as explained/advertised or has issues. And lots of personal time wasted. And time is money. (I would go after them pay for the lawyer fees as well as enclosed transport fees. ALL fees actually. lol I'm ruthless.
)
I have a hard-on for the '13/'14 GT500 cars and have been for the longest time. I was going to order one back in 2013 for the model year 2014, but chickened out because I thought insurance would be too expensive for me. But, I could have pulled it off. Better to be safe than sorry.
So,....we'll see. I'm not going to give/trade the car away. (I know what I want for it and it's actually a GREAT price after seeing what is out there for colors and miles on 2013 Roush Stage 3 cars.)
3 vehicles would be just be too much on insurance and excise tax. Excise tax is a killer here in MA. So, we'll see what the future brings.
Glad all is well and you're enjoying your new home. Looks great as does that killer Mustang of yours.

Plus,....I'm looking for either Ruby Red, Grabber Blue and "possibly" Race Red cars. MUST have stripes as well. (I absolutely dislike the stripe delete cars. Too boring.lol A Shelby car must have stripes.)
Black with white or red stripes is pretty hot too, but having a black GT500 would give me OCD overload. LOL

Took the Green Machine out today after supper.
(It seems like I take her out every other weekend now. I think I'll get her all cleaned up this weekend, like she needs it.

It's raining pretty good out here today. Feels like fall actually. Rainy and 55 degrees.

Thanks for the kind words Burton. I appreciate it. It was about 67 degrees and sunny last night, but the air was cool and the car just pulled.
