I'm not looking to turn it into a Shelby, although, I have thrown the idea of buying a super low mileage, super clean '13/'14 Shelby GT500 as my build toy. Keep the truck for DD duties, keep the Roush all stock and the Shelby would be the wild child. (Not that the Roush isn't a little wild. LOL) If I had a 2 car garage,....it would/shall be done. LOL

There was a person that had their Shelby wrapped in GHIG. I remember reading and seeing the thread on svtperformance.com. It was either a 2013 or 2014 Shelby. I think it was a local guy too, if I do recall correctly.

So he had the entire car repainted - GHIG?

 

I forget the exact story but the car was a high dollar auction car, maybe the last '14?
And the buyer was given his choice of color.
Apparently he chose GHIG

Hopefully I will be able to take it during the next few months, but I think it'll be too cold. But, we shall see. Hopefully we have a mild winter.

****Grundy sent me the paperwork to renew the insurance policy through them for the 2017 year which is killer, because there will be no lapse in between this year and next. (They do one year policies for these type of things. Works out really well for me.)

 

Paid off the Roush insurance for the 2017 year. Well,...not officially. Check is going in the mail early Monday morning on the way to work.
