2013 GHIG Roush Stage 3
I am SO glad that Dodge didn't plop that horrible new grille from the Rebel model onto all the Rams for '16 ... I can't imagine ANYBODY at Dodge actually thought that looks good, but somehow it got approved for production ... ugh ...
Tony, the beasts look good buddy !!

Looks like you got a little more snow than I did Tony. Just got a tiny bit that washed away immediately.
Good to see that it didn't spook you. I'm stretching the driving season too and as long as it's dry out, I use the Mustang. Even though I can't put the top down, I love driving it in this weather. The cold dense air make it really responsive. It just snaps when I hit the throttle....and the GT500 mufflers sound so loud and throaty in winter temps.
I can only imagine how yours sounds.

I totally agree about that RAM grille. UGLY!! I don't like it at all. I think it ruins the front end of the truck. I wouldn't have bought mine it was like that.
Thanks Mark! How do you like your new lowered stance?
Yes Patrick, I do agree. It's ugly as all heck. Do not like. lol At all.

I didn't take her out yesterday. I just wanted to fire her up and get some shots of the 2 machines hanging out together. I do take it out, if there is no snow on the ground anywhere though. Even if it super cool out. I leave the 'all traction control' on, but disable the traction control. Works well.
And yes,......the Roush LOVES the cold temps. It runs like a beast and I can slightly hear a small whine in 4th gear when on the "GO" pedal. It's very loud with the exhaust, cracking and popping and gurgling. The next 2 days are supposed to be VERY cold, so I will plug in my battery tender today before the Pats game. Plug and play unit, so simple. Just set and forget. It charges the battery to the perfect point every single time. I paid a little extra for it, but so much worth it.
How much snow did you guys get? Realistically we should only have 3 months to go. Hopefully it's a warm winter like the "experts" are predicting.
If I have any complaint at all it's that the heater is ungodly hot. I like to drive with the left window open, even in very cold temps, yet I have to close all the dash vents, aim them away, and reduce the temp control. With the fan blower on 1 and the window open, it still gets really warm. I have no gripes about a convertible in cold weather. Ford did good. I understand that the S550 'vert is sealed even better.
Best of all is the throttle response on a cold day as we mentioned. It makes me giggle when I give it a good goose.
