Oh gotcha haha. No big deal. I'm not on there as much. Seems like a lot of kids and fads. I feel like here there are more good discussions on cars, engines, suspensions, exterior and interior mods. Idk I just got it bc I wanted to show my car off and they had an app haha

That's at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway in Desert Center, CA; just a stonesthrow away from your part of town...
We had a guy, Ron, with a white B302 join us out there for the weekend, he said he does Spring Mountain pretty regularly and is from Nevada.

Very cool. It's about 3 1/2 hours from me to Chuckwalla. Any good/cheap motels near there? I'd come down for a cool open track weekend. Do you guys run with a car club, or something like that?
I run with a group called ProAutosports out here in AZ, they are teaming up with SpeedVentures to run the track again March 22-23 or something, but I won't be able to make that one.
These pictures were from an event put on by Chuckwalla itself, they hosted a "Mustang Event" on Feb 18/19, there were about 12 of us total and they let us run pretty much as we pleased.

We camped at the track in a tent (which was pretty cold!), the closest hotels are about 30 miles away to the west.

Thanks for the info, wow it must have been cold! I dug around on-line, and I found Star Car Sports - a company that organizes open track days at Chuckwalla. And I did see the 'Mustang Weekend'. Is there an e-mail list to get on? I'd love to run in the next Mustang event.
I'm not sure if there's a list or anything; this particular event was set up by a couple guys from www.bossmustangsonline.com
However the track's calendar in their office indicated they are going to have a bunch of events this year.
Check out www.nasaaz.com, www.proautosports.com, and http://www.speedventures.com/
Also go to the track's website here and click through the different months on the events tab: http://goracecvr.com/automotive/
