As you may be aware, the second annual celebration of Collector Car Appreciation Day is scheduled for Friday, July 8. The date marks the second commemoration in what will become an annual event to celebrate and raise awareness of the vital role automotive restoration and collection plays in American society. The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) is currently in the process of securing a U.S. Senate Resolution recognizing this year’s celebration.

July 8 is coming fast and new events are being listed daily. If you will be hosting or attending events on July 8, 9, or 10 and would like to be part of this momentous occasion, we want to know about it! To help collector car enthusiasts celebrate, SEMA is compiling a list of events happening around the country and posting them to www.SEMASAN.com/CollectorCarAppreciationDay. It doesn’t matter how large or small the event is, we want to share it with the passionate enthusiasts who wish to celebrate on July 8-10.
