All kidding aside it sounds like the seller is putting as many names in the description title to get as many hits as possible when people are doing searches looking for things for sale. You see it on eBay all the time.

This is very likely, and IMO the Stage 2 Roush is actually the perfect switch car. Full Roush suspension.
