Just saw this, was at MPH end of May with NASA central. Great facility! Too bad it's in Nebraska...

Would love to go to this! But same weekend as my wedding anniversary, and doubt the wife would like changing plans...

Will plan for it next year if kept in late September! (summer in Nebraska is not fun...)

Visited MPH last Wednesday, for a look at the track. I got to do a few hot laps from the passenger side of a Corvette, I was immediately Hooked, soon as we got back to the Club House, I signed up for the September weekend, along with some other days of instruction.

I spoke with Casey and George (Owner of MPH) they have nothing but great things to say about Gary, both of them are VERY impressed with his driving skills, and informed me that I could learn alot from him, they both reassured me that no matter my track skills (none) that I would have a blast and would be on the track with others of my skill set.

So,,,I hope to see other Boss 302s/LSs in September.

 

With MAM closed due to the flooding, I'm going to play hooky Thursday and head down there for their open track day. Would be fun if anyone else can make it. I know there's another Mustang from SD that plans to head down for the day. Current forecast is a pleasant 64 for an overnight low with a high of 81

This sounds incredible... Unfortunately, I don't own a Boss. Could I just fly up there for the weekend to watch, and maybe get a couple rides?

 

If you want to ride with a slowpoke, your welcome to ride with me, but I'm not sure if the track will allow it.

I too am looking for rides when applicable. Based on earlier thread discussion it appeared that riders would be allowed.

Great news Dean! I registered yesterday at the track. We had a blast. Here are some shots of all the Bosses, GT500s and other Mustangs there yesterday.

Gary, any idea if this will be a permanent feature on the calendar there? Now that I know, I'll plan for it next year.

George told me he's committed to making it an annual event and growing it each year

 

I'll be there next year, then! And will make sure the wife realizes what I'm missing when we're partying in Vegas!
