NASA Rocky Mountain just announced that due to early closure of the Pueblo course (repaving needed), the Oct 8/9 NASARM event will be combined with the Oct 8/9 NASA Central Region event at Hastings.
So, John, that'd be one weekend in between, but talk about great practice before the season ending TT point weekend!

I was actually on the phone with George and he let it slip that NASA RM was going to pick up a weekend in October (I managed to keep it quiet until Dave announced it).
I'm not sure I can make the NASA weekend... but I'll try.
@Gary -Have I already bested your time in my M3?... not sure I can do it in the Boss... but I think I finally figured out the last turn (right before the 1/4 mile)... so who knows
Will all depend on how much tire I have left and what my budget looks like for new ones.
Note: Times below are a TTC BMW M3 (E36) on Dunlop Star Specs. 230rwhp (SAE), 210 ftlbs and 3100 lbs.

To give you a hint, I'm within a blink of the eye of carving my name on the clubhouse table http://wmbriggs.com/blog/?p=1750

Let's do it. I'm going to give it one more go on 8/25 and there will probably be light traffic that day. I'm hoping I can knock it out then and get the monkey off my back
George posted 1:40.26, but it was actually 1:40.32.....but I'm splitting hairs.

In theory yes, but due to the sizing of the 302S rims compared to my Enkeis, I'm giving up 1" in the rear and 0.8" in the front. Not sure if the additional grip of the R6 over the 555RII more than offsets the loss of tire width.
Plus throw in the extra 10 lbs per wheel.....

OK guys here's the latest update on the Mustang Roundup at MPH. The following Ford Boss team members are already confirmed and bringing their own personal cars:
Todd Soderquist, Mustang Planner when Boss program launched (Currently global program manager for mid sized platform vehicles), Black 2012 B2 LS
Tom Barnes, Mustang Vehicle Engineering Manager, Silver 2012 B2 LS
Darrell Behmer, Mustang Studio Chief, Silver 2012 B2 LS
Chuck Drake, Vehicle Engineering Yellow 2012 B2
There are a few more on the potential to commit list as well.
Here's your chance to ask these guys anything you want about the Boss. Don't miss this opportunity and just speculate about a lot of your questions on the forums; get it straight from the guys that designed and built the car!!! I can't emphasize enough what a great opportunity this is to enjoy your Mustang the way it was designed to be driven. It's a ridiculous value at only $249 for the entire weekend! Get your registrations in at http://racemph.com/Ford-Mustang-Roundup-2011.htm
Remember this is open to ALL MUSTANGS AND FORD GTs!!!!!!!
Gas up your Mustang and get to MPH!

Wow... This looks like it's going to be an awesome event! I was already planning to go to the final Grand Am race the weekend before, but maybe I can convince my Boss to let me do both! Or maybe skip the race and just do this if I can only do one?

Well, I just got my new street tires. Giving the Hankook Ventus RS3s a try. Was running NT05 streets in 245 all 4 corners, but those were a bit too narrow, so went with 265s all 4 corners this go-around.
