I can easily see this with a black stripe package. It would have a retro look to it I think.

Maybe it's the lighting but I'm not really seeing any difference between Sunset Gold and Yellow Blaze.

 

They had the YB/Brembo car out at Woodward. It's better looking in natural light than I thought it would be, but not my style. I think the pearl throws it off too much.

Personally, they need to take a page out of the Lambo yellow to make it work.

 

Agreed... and it's clearly much different than the Sunset Gold and Grabber Orange.

Presumably, it's the same as the Competition Orange from '03-'04 (although the new CO seems like it may be a little "redder"), so you may have seen those in person before. Here's a pic of the CO Boss and an '04 CO Mach 1 from the same day. The overcast weather makes it "less orange", so it's probably best to look at a bunch of '03-'04 Competition Orange pics for the best idea of what it looks like.

Wow, that's a competition orange boss? It looks like race red to me.

 

Yellow Blaze reminds me a bit of the Bright Gold Metallic '70 Boss 302 I used to have.

 

Yeah, it's not very Orange looking, at least with the overcast skies.

That would make me think it may be a 2013 Boss color, since the 2012's are based on the '69 colors.

I wanting to see more pictures of it but right now it's my 1st choice for the Boss. With the black trim I think it will look awesome!

 

yeah i'm shure it would be awsome! for i would like to see the hood mostly all flat black,-like in 69-- i would leave the top alone and not add any black decal like they want to do on the boss models..maybe would like to see// and curious what would be the look of some back window louvers.. hum? maybe too boy racer or rice??

You can upload them to a site like photobucket and then you click on the "insert image" icon above the text box and then insert the image location.

 

I saw a YB fiesta on a dealer lot today. It was raining and very overcast so the color was a bit dull looking. While the color didn't bowl me over I thought it would look pretty decent on a Boss with black striping.
