It would have been a car cover that shipped to the dealer as an accessory.
A couple of mine had it, but it was already in the trunk when I bought it. But, I bought them off the lot so they could have been there a while.
The new Shelby I ordered didn't come with it, I picked it up right off the truck, took a couple months before the cover showed up at the parts department of the dealership. I figured the others did too, but it had already come in by the time I bought it off the lot and they put it in the trunk.

Lots of Those Items Would Get Forgot In Dealership Parts Departments and Never get to End User! Also When a Vehicle Was Dealer Traded They Would get Left at Dealership where Cars was Originally Delivered to! Roof Racks, Floor Mats Etc. Items on Window Sticker Which Were Shipped to Dealer Sometimes Before Car Showed up or After! Sloppy Mess!
