What options would you like for the new Boss 302?
So what options would you like with the new standard Boss 302? So far it looks like the only option is Recaro Seats and Torsen LSD. I personally would like to be able to add Sync, Sirius Radio, and the Security Package when I get a new Boss at the end of next year. I can understand why the Shaker 500 and 1000 radios aren't a part of this package because of weight, but surely it shouldn't be that much of a weight penalty to add these options.
The only options that have so far been listed as available are the only ones I'd want, Recaro seats and the Torsen LSD. Most of the other stuff would be out of character for what the Boss is designed to be.
I don't think a shaker is possible with this engine. It would actually hurt performance because the intake geometry would be compromised.
I wish the Electronics Package would be available without the Shaker system. It would be great to see what kind of DAQ and tuning systems could be integrated with it.

1.) A Magnum 500-styled wheel option
2.) Security Package (I think this is the most reasonable request of the electronics-related options)
3.) Fog lights
4.) Assuming there is a 2013 Boss featuring the '70-styled stripe, still have Competition Orange available as a color
5.) Additional gear option(s)? Maybe a 3.90 and/or 4.10?

1. HID's - Once you've driven with them, you won't go back.
2. Sync
3. Wheel options (those 10 spokes look dated) The orange on LS
maybe something more like the factory Boss cars, or the RTR wheel look.
4. Colors - Black or Sterling Gray on the standard model.
All the colors look great, but there needs to be at least one stealth model.
5. Nav - but I can deal without this one.
Give the standard boss the options, make the Laguna Seca the stripped down track version.
Otherwise, what's the point in having 2 models anyway

They should offer black because it would sell. The rear seat delete with cross brace would be nice, as would the LS gauge package. The reflective stripes would be cool like original. And I hate, absolutely HATE the white roof on white stripe cars. This isn't a Mini Cooper.
If I couldn't get black, I would get white with black stripes and roof, so the white roof version doesn't affect me much, but I would be offended to have to witness a blue/white car in person. JMHO.

Leather seats, the original had them. Quad lights like the 69 had.

Electronics package, HIDs (but the foglight delete screws that up -- in Canada those are used for the DRL), leather seats, security package, Leather seats. Body roof colour.
Let's face it, I'd love the performance of the Boss but the car for me will be driven all summer long. Don't know if I could settle with no creature comforts like a decent stereo, etc. Ah well, still 6 months for me to decide...

I think a security system is a must, I think most people would want one to offer their car some protection.
