The MT82 is clunky? I thought it was supposed to be like baby oil splashed on the back side of aphrodite's *** smooth? I fear you would find the TR6060 in my car completely useless if that is indeed the case.

The trans is prolly the lynch pin for most Boss owners.

I really dont have a bad opinion of the car but I wish they would have done 3 things:

1. offer stereo options
2. wheel options
3. made the red key tune part of the standard equipment.

I think the dash is fine... but I wish they'd use the same 'soft touch' stuff on the door panels. The hard plastic doors scream 'cheap' to me.

No, for those of us that use the car as a DD, it would be nice to be able to look down and know how fast we are going without having to stare at the speedo for five seconds figuring it out.

I agree. If Ford swapped the tach and speedo positions that would be a good start. The gauges are my only complaint about our cars.

I found my T-56 in my cobra was a better trans

I DD my car and have no issues knowing how fast I am going, though to each his own.

275 till empty??? you're not putting your foot into it enough. besides, the speedo doesn't matter that much, you need to learn to go off the purring sound of the engine. only then can one reach total enlightenment.

I did at first cause I was used to an 06 GT layout. I am at 8K in mine now and read it very easily

I feel like if you can going to find fault with a track car it should be in the defects like the trans and the axles bending and the like rather then oh no my stereo isn't BOSE or the interior isn't mahogany.

its not a straight up track car....ask the guys that track them they change all kinds of things. I didnt buy my boss to "track" it. I bought for the engine and to drag race it. but mostly its my DD so yes it would be nice to have options in the stereo dept for those of us that park it in a garage year round and take it out only on sunny days and to the "track"

The Steeda's need to be welded......but I'm not sure why having such a tiny weld job done for you is such a big deal.

I guess I'm more used to modding cars than most.

I also wish the rear brakes were fixed caliper like the front. It makes swapping pads sooo much easier.
