What does the hive think of this wing?
What does the hive think of this wing? (<$400 painted)

It says on the linked page that it's a bolt on, but I've seen where that often means filling old holes or drilling new ones - so I'm curious to know for sure if it's a true "bolt on."
These come pre-painted, so I'm wondering if the white on the KB cars Performance white.
If these can be bought fully painted and installed DIY, it seems like a pretty good deal.

who make sit OP? if its 3DCarbon their stuff is top notch. i think the GT500 spoiler works well on these cars too. it looks like that one might no need drilling or holes to fill.
Edit: that company makes nice stuff, i see its DG Customs, they buy 3DCarbon typically and paint it in house.

If that's the same one Scott has I don't think he'd recommend it. The GT500 uses the existing four holes from the stock spoiler while the LS wing uses the stock four holes plus you have to drill four more holes. While not an easy install it's not that difficult either. The LS wing has slightly more downforce than the GT500 spoiler.
The trick to removing the stock spoiler is to use some heavy nylon string to cut the existing adhesive. I used the string that Home Depot uses every year to tie your Christmas tree to your car and it cut the adhesive like butter. Be sure to tape the decklid around the stock spoiler to protect the paint when using the string.

I recommend sticking with the OEM pedestal, from experince. I've installed a 3DCarbon GT500 spoiler in the past, only to have to replace later with a newer version, and the newer one didn't keep its shape for long either.
Below is the OEM version on my Boss.

Yes it is. The Boss LS wing and front valance that come standard on the CS were designed for the Boss program from the beginning and were used on the CS to spread the tooling costs. Ever notice how perfectly the Boss street splitter fits perfectly on the valance? That was no accident.

Thanks for all the replies guys, I knew this was the place to ask. Not sure that I want a CS wing.
Hey Rick, are there any other "plug and play" wings that you know of other than the GT500?
Also, in the event I get it painted white, is the white on our Konas "Performance White?"

That is not the wing I bought. I am not going to slam a product I know nothing about but for a few dollars more I would buy the Ford OEM wing if I had to do things over. My wing is the LS style and works fine but the mounting was harder then it would have been with the OEM wing.

Mount the CF one and paint the Gurney flap white.
The white is the PW used on all the Mustangs for 2012.
