Thanks Steve. I think I lucked out because of the QC. Like someone else said the first ones built may have been at the back of the line and my car just happened to be one of the last built before they gave the go ahead to start shipping them.

The thing is guys my car can't be taking up the whole train! Hopefully there's a whole bunch of your cars keeping it company!

I have a great dealer and the fact that they've kept me so informed throughout the process is just one example of why I keep doing so much business with them.

I think that was me. Nobody ever believes me.

Sometimes I feel like this board's Rodney Dangerfield.

It's not aboot respect, maybe people don't trust the beady little eyes and flapping heads, now go back to work. We are not paying you nothing to track our cars ... I mean we are not paying "for" nothing to track our cars

At least we know they are released, that was the biggest obstacle. It is all downhill from here

Mark, I see it's in the 70s this weekend where you live. It's been in the 30s here and we have snow on the ground. You could actually drive your car. No justice

Timing is everything I guess. It's going to be in the 40s and 50s for the next week so the snow will be long gone by the time mine shows up in a couple weeks.

Gary, you're right, it's just not fair. On the other hand, on Sunday, when its 76, I'm taking the GT500 out to soothe my psyche.
Thanks! But I should see it in 10 days to two weeks anyway. Hate seeing "Returned to Plant" though.

I'll be getting mine out next week for the same reason.

That could be a good thing. That was the last step before mine was put on a railcar the following day. Is that the update you got today?

Dealer just checked mine again (1015 ET). No change, still "Returned to Plant". I'm so happy right now, I could just @#$%. Not only is it late, it's probably a lemon...three days back in the plant after being at the ramp.
