Used CO Boss #356

Was driving by the local Honda dealer Honda Carland in Roswell Georgia. Boss has 49.7 miles they are asking $50k technically a used car. Oh yeah 2011 Shelby GT500 vert sitting right next to the boss for $59k. Which is way off.

The sales manager told me they got it from some high end auction. The dealer is trying to market some higher end stuff thus the Shelby , they have had 4, three bentleys, two R8s, couple Saleens, kinda weird to see all this at a Honda dealer. I coached the general managers son and I know he along with the sales manager of used cars are both mustang guys. When we opened the hood checking on numbers he brought up #0001!!!

lol, man i cant believe how that story got around, crazy. i had a guy walk up to me at the only show i took 0001 to and go nice car man, did you hear about 0001? lol i pointed to the sn and he just said wow. ive got vids of me and 0333 at the autcross last weekend, people that know me thought it was 0001 still and said they thought i was selling it since the cars are identical. it's funny and weird. i guess that car and the story will be the cautionary tale sales managers use to teach sales people to pay attention to what is on the lot.

These dealers are crazy ... Palmer Dodge in Roswell also has a GT500 I was checking out. According to their ad they were asking MORE than original MSRP but are being nice and discounting it with 12K miles on it ...

Hey man, congrats again on the story. Not only do you have a really cool story to tell for years, but you also have a paid off Boss (at least from my math).

I would suppose the low mileage cars show up on used car lots because the former owner could not cover the monthly car payments. Lost income or had unforseen expenses.
