I talked with the SVT specialist at my local ford store
....his a good friend that I would trust...

He asked around and he told me that if I bought a used 2012 Boss covered under Ford's certified used car program (with powertrain warranty upto 100k) that if I installed the TK then the 100k warranty would go away...

So my position: no TK for me AND I will NOT buy a 2012 Boss with a TK
....lessen the warranty and for me lessen the value...
