Even if it doesn't come out I wouldn't sue. Why would I "bite the hand" of the people who want and are trying to get us cool stuff??? Getting lawyers involved only kills everyone's fun.

It is too bad that he had to sell it for whatever reason.
Once you actually sell a car before issues are resolved one way or the other, you have no right to claim damages anymore.
At the time of sale, there was no PROOF of anything. You can't clam damages for a non-existent condition.

What are you Boss owners trying to say... Are you having less fun driving this car because you dont have a programmed Track Key?
I have 500 miles the first week i own this car, its a total Blast to drive this car as is. I agree with the False Advertising complaint. The web site still indicates that the Track Key is available as of September. Hello! At least update the website and tell us why we dont have this promised unique aspect of our cars!!
When i picked up my car, i went to the service department and kindly asked them to program my key. (i knew about the delay again) but i enjoyed watching them sweat trying to call to find out What a Track Key was. They had no idea about the Red Key, der. They waited for a call and told me come back in Dec.
Yes i would like my key programmed, geeez every article about this Beast boasts about this. Until then i will continue to enjoy blasting thru the gears and hoping not to see bright flashing lights in my rear view mirror :-)

Yes that is what I said. 52K for the car and 5K ADM = 57K.
What part of it do you not understand?

Problems with Transmission. Problems with Rear End. Problems with surging. Quality control issues. Lack of Trackey. That is why I took the hit.
Why keep something that is junk? If I keep it longer the hit is larger.

Lawsuit? Really? I know they have been saying of the Track Key for a long time. But would it be worth a lawsuit? I don't have one, if I did it'd be worth owning w/o this feature. This is why this country is so 'sue happy'. It'll suck if thousands of dollars & months into it, they just come out with it. Oh yeah, forgot the 'in my opinion' stuff.

Don't get angry because you got taken for 5k. You put yourself 5k in the hole right off the bat and then you turn around and try and sell a USED car when people can buy it NEW for 53k. Foolish is the word that comes to mind.

Junk? And you're complaining about losing 12k??? I guess you didn't mind pawning off all these problems on the unsuspecting buyer. Don't be surprised if he doesn't try and sue you!!!!
