Trackey Class Action interest
Trackey Class Action interest
Would anyone want to participate in a Trackey Class action suit?
I am tired of the many excuses in consideration of an official announcement from Ford on November 11th 2010 announcing the feature without any conditions.

If enough are serious, I think we could get Ford to become accountable.
I took an over $ 12k hit selling the car because of the lack of the feature.

Or were you one of the people who paid $10k over MSRP? Yet ANOTHER reason to never pay over MSRP
If you took a $12k hit when you sold your Boss I'm guessing it had more to do with the ADM you paid when you bought the car than the lack of trackey. I can't believe the a Boss would depreciate that much from MSRP unless it had a ton of miles or had been in a significant accident.

I paid 5K over list ADM and when I sold it, they knew about the transmission problems and the lack of trackey and the best offer I got was 12K less.
In Canada the retail price was $ 57K and I got offers from $ 38K for tradein up to the selling price of $ 45k.
If the vehicle would have included the Trackey, I would have yielded more.
It is not the Govt's fault. It is Fords fault for marketing a false feature before approval and not informing the buyers that this was not available.
Caveat Emptor

I guess you guys are satisfied not having a Trackey.
Sorry to offend those that accept substandard and misleading as acceptable.
Go back to your life and do not bother wasting your opinion here. I did not ask for options or comments other than participating in a class action suit.
Keep the flames to yourself.

Did you own an LS? No way you could sell that car at a loss in Canada- there are only 25 of them in the whole country right now.
A regular Boss does not list for 57k in Canada. It's 53k.
