I have a 2012 Boss 302 LS and want to buy a set of 18 inch track wheels - what width wheels should I use front and rear ? Also , what tire configuration [ Hoosier R6 slicks ] would give the best performance on these wheels ?

This has been widely discussed so you may want to do a search. Here's what I run and I have two sets of them so am pretty happy with them.

Enkei PF01 18 x 9.5 35mm offset front and 18 x 10.5 38mm offset rears.
If you want to run R6s you would get 275/35/18 fronts and 295/30/18 rears.
