The answer lies there. And with our super efficient top heavy government staffed by public employee unions with their gun toting police with spies on every corner (and forum), they could require all Boss owners and track officials to sign an affidavit that the Red Key has only been used at the track - never on the street. That way Ford is off the hook.
Then we could create an entire new bureaucracy of enforcement, with emission sniffers hidden near every Boss owner, and a nonConstitutional law authored by Petooski/Reider requiring all those that don't want a Boss, to pay for the enforcement of 4000 Boss owners and their grossly polluting, non Carb, baby killing, off road, track only Red Key. Think of all the new jobs the Red Key Agency would create! Then we could make those rich bastard GT500 owners pay for it with a healthy tax increase.
