Rehagen Racing - anyone in contact?

I was going to order tow hooks yesterday from Rehagan Racing, but their phone message said they are moving and not available.
Anyone know when they'll be settled in and operating again?
Hopefully soon.
Thanks

Hey Wayne,
I would PM Stinger1982.
Shaun works or had worked for Rehegan and would be able to give you some info. I think he might work for Ford now but I'm sure he knows what is going on over there.

I'm pretty sure everyone is still at Daytona or traveling back to Michigan. Been trying to get a hold of them via office phone and cell phone to order some parts, and nobody is reachable.

I'd assume they'll be back later this week.

Speaking of which, is drilling and cutting the bumper the only way to get a tow hook on?

Yep. There's no other way to get to a solid attachment point.

Yes. Cloud9 had his installed recently, and I talked to the body shop manager--they'll do mine too. Remove bumper cover, cut away styrofoam, weld, then carve slot in bumber cover for anchor to fit thru. I'm sure back is similar.

wish it were easier...like on a porsche...it's a simple screw-in front and rear.

What's a bumber?

Last I spoke with Rehagen, they were moving shops. I don't know when they'll be back up and running. They do have a Facebook page which you might have better luck getting a response on.

That would be ideal; however simply not the case

Sorry guys. It's been crazy with Daytona Testing, Sebring Race (PBOC), and Daytona Race along with moving to a new shop. Always feel free to email us at rehagenracing@comcast.net. That goes to our general mailbox and I also get it on my phone. It's the best way to get me (even if you have my cell number)...

No. There is always another way.

While swapping out the heat exchanger on my '09 GT500, I welded up a piece that'll allow threaded rod (two of them to reduce any lateral moment issues) to go through the lower grille and anchor to a square tube welded to the bottom of the bumper. Requires a custom hook - no biggie. I can then remove the rods and hook/loop as I please.

The rear hook is a different issue.

Gotta kick out of the home made ramps the front wheels are on. Good idea of making the front tow mount.

That's just scrap plank left over from a scaffolding job I did around a new build.

The top layer is 2" thick black Delrin, which allows for the tires to turn with minimal resistance when doing a home alignment. Rear is raised the same amount when doing it.
