Do the land savings translate to larger/nicer homes?

 

Yeah the lot sizes suck, but I can walk to the lake in 4 minutes, my home is huge, and the neighbourhood has everything I could want. But my next home will have land, that's for sure. Although it will have to outside of Oakville. Mine's puny at 45 x 95. Yet I'm pretty sure the largest home in Canada (77,000 sq ft.) is also in town... Big lot too.
