I didn't get a look at yours but your Dad said it corded. I should have taken a pic of mine. It was beyond ridiculous how misshapen the outside edges of both my fronts looked. I had even swapped them side to side between the 4 sessions I ran them at BIR two weeks prior so ended up cording both the fronts, although the left was worse. The rears have 9 heat cycles and only look about 1/2 used up at most. I am hoping the add'l camber helps the new fronts live long enough to flip them on the rim after next weekend.

Let's just say that it looked like I had two bright polished wheel lips on either side of the tire rubber because of all the steel showing through the edge of tire when I pulled in for the last pit. I could hear it singing to me on the last lap.

OK, both tires failed the road force test miserably (51 lbs and 42 lbs). Rotated the tires on the rim to try and make it better, no help. Essentially both tires are done, and the dealership is looking into getting them covered under warranty. No track time on these tires, always ran the recommended tire pressure, and only 1500 miles. We'll see what happens next.
Heat Sink? Possibly rotor got too hot and warped slightly?
But Let us know when you confirm the problem, so we can all venefit from your experience.
Cheers,
