Ok...REALLY stupid question....

First off..I am at work and DON'T have my manual to look this up on my own..so be kind.
The car was REALLY nasty from last weeks Track Day so I dropped it off at the detail shop today..I figured it was already nasty, a little more rubber wasn't gonna hurt, so I TRIED doing some donuts in an empty parking lot. I had Traction Control OFF and it went around once with no problem but then it stumbles and shut down on power. There was a MOMENTARY flash of a yellow dash warning light that I caught out of the corner of my eye but it went out as soon as I got out of it. I tried again with Advance Track on..same results....any ideas?

Are you sure you had it completely off? You applied the brake and held the traction button down for 5 seconds?

Yep. Even with traction control off or with Advance trak on the system will still kick in. It is the stability control. Traction control only accounts for the tires spinning when you are going straight. Stability control is when turning, and the rear starts sliding. You have to shut everything off. You do this by doing the following:

1. Peg the brake to the floor
2. Hold the traction control button down for 5 seconds (maybe a bit longer)
3. I believe it says Advance Trak off (someone please clarify this)

All the nannies are disabled.... Nothing will kick in to stop your fun

Yes, there are three different settings.
1. hit the button once - disables traction control - leaves on stability control
2. Press the brake (no throttle) and press the button twice- sport mode - puts steering in sport/partially diables traction and stability control.
3. Press and hold button for 5 + seconds and hold brake petal at a standing stop - shuts down everything (the dash will say that your stability control (not traction) is off.
