When I bought my Z06 the first two weeks of production were held for QC hold.

 

Just got a PM from Deysha saying my build date is 3/14/11, so I guess I can stop checking for a while.

Went by the plant today and took these shots. Only saw one Street Boss, and a bunch of LS's.
Notice no side stripes yet. Wonder when they go on?

Lots of Black LS's

There were 6 Blk, & 1 Slv LS and a 1 RR Street Boss
(can just barely see it next to the 2nd Blk LS)

Is this yours?

Production Confirmed. and surely the dealer doesn't put on the side stripes?
Shouldn't be long now for some of you!
Hope they move em soon, we're getting a couple inches of snow and slop on Sunday. LOL

 

 

Boss 2x, my white Boss is to be built on Feb 22. If you happen to be in the area of the back lot again at AAI could you take more photos on the 23rd maybe?

Great pictures - proof that they're on the way

With all those LSs and only one non-LS, I wonder if there is a shortage of the red side stripes, so they'll have to wait.

 

+1 on the white boss

 

Mike, did the race red have black or white stripes? Nobody has seen a photo of one with black stripes yet.

 

The roof appears to be black on the race red, but I am viewing on an iPhone and the pic is small. I would love to see a race red w/ black!

 

The stripes will be put on at the Vehicle Personalization Center which I believe is across the street.

 

That last black LS does not have a rear spoiler on it...

 

Apparently neither does the silver one above it.

 

VPC. Which is why I KNOW there will be people having strokes because their salesmen will have told them their cars have "shipped" when if fact they're just getting trucked over to VPC.

Just like the salesman that told his customer that their car was in "Body Shop" getting the stripes put on when in actuality "Body Shop" is where the car body gets welded together...

 

The best I can do is a weekend day trip.

Excellent pics Mike, thanks so much for posting Knowing what is going on sure helps with the wait. Given your color choice I take it you did not see mine or you would have posted it That would actually be pretty cool to see a pic of it in the lot for future reference.

I want to see a YB in person too. There were plenty of YB GT's and Verts in the lots, but no visible Bosses. I was surprised to see mostly LS's. Glad to see production has started, but it would have been cool to see more of the color pallet represented. Would have been cool to see them loaded on the car carriers, at least that would confirm they are being shipped.

I wonder if the LS's that were missing spoilers had the mounting holes covered up? We are getting about 6" of snow tonight some of which will end up in their trunks. They might have been moved by now anyway.
