New guy with 0-125 speedometer video

Excited to see how active the Boss forum is over here so I joined up. Thought I'd share this with y'all. Boss #3243 has baffles removed from side exhaust and TracKey installed. Used launch control at 2,900 on this video.

I'll throw in an outside view of a TracKey launch, too.

I've used LC once once at 3250, and it didn't seem like enough. Where are most people setting it at with the P Zeros?

Not bad! Your video reminds me of 60-130 times. I know that most exotics/high hp cars measure this over their 1/4 mile time to see what the car is capable of vs driver skills.

Anybody on here have a 60-130 time? It's usually verified on vbox so that altitude is also recorded. Looks like the boss would be in the 11 second range. In comparison a z06 is in the 8 sec range

Ford did it at 5,000 in their video.

Sorry to be off topic, but how did you black-out your taillights? That looks good on the white car.

Thanks for the responses. I have tried it at 3,500 on a regular road surface and there were long black marks appearing behind my car. 2,900 launch in the speedometer video definitely bogged. I was able to try 3,200 at a drag strip last night and it pulled much better out of the hole, still only a 1.98 60', though.

The tail lights were done by an automotive painter. I'm not sure if he uses a tinted clear coat or an actual tinting paint.
