The Mustang Boss a Grand Touring car

Friday @ 5am I left Allen, TX for a drive to Laguna Beach
I thought it was going to be a 2day drive...nope
pulled into Laguna Beach Friday nite @ midnight....
Allen to Laguna Beach in one day!!!
4 tanks of gas to cover 1441miles in 21hrs, 12+ hrs of 100+ temps
the Recaros seats are just fantastic, I had no body aches at all.

Next stop NorCal Monday nite...

Nice. What was your average speed?

What's up in NorCal?

I did a drive around Lake Tahoe on Saturday, only 250 miles though, and the seats are fantastic but so is the rest of the car.

For a long drive like that he must be going to see a girl.. LOL.. Last time I made a 22 hour drive none stop was to see a girl

.. But that was in my 2001 Ranger..

put 2600 miles on mine in the first week. boston to the tail of the dragon in TN car was great on the trip.

Agreed, it's a great touring car! Mine's made the trip from Abilene, TX to Montgomery, AL three times. No complaints, except having to smile back and wave at all the guys/kids giving thumbs up to the car.

The worth of a Grand Touring machine is how you feel at the END of the drive. Looks like the Boss is a real GT.

I'll probably do a 1,000 miler later this year. I'll replace the restrictor plates in the exhaust before I leave though. I'd hate to show up deaf at my aunt's place, even if it was only temporarily.
