Less Red Laguna
Hmmmmm...I think I like it stock
I originally thought the cars were a bit overdone. But now I'm used to it and have added a white LS spoiler to my car. Next up is a white grill surround. I'm not going to add white mirror shells though.

It really couldn't have worked out better.
The Snake had too much power. You could easily be driving it normally and just hit the gas to wind up the SC and within 2 seconds you were going twice the speed limit. I knew it was a matter of time before I got a huge speeding ticket. I got caught once ($280 fine and 4 points) but I showed my firefighter ID and he let me off. But I can't keep pushing my luck like that. So because of that power you could really only wind it up with quick 1 second bursts.

Good for you. To sale or trade a used car specially with substantial upgrades is never a money maker not to mention breaking even. In the case of an SS the likelyhood is usually not improved but if you claim otherwise you are a rare exception.
Congrats on the LS. Having picked the most upgraded of the two models should keep your taste buds happy.

I agree as well, though I have wondered, if the LS was to be, in terms of visuals, the obnoxiously over the top, in your face appearance package, why doesn't it come with a hood decal? I think a red hood decal would complete the look!
Parnelli Jones recommended that the hood not have a red decal as it would be too distracting to the driver.
I would assume that a section of red on the hood would be more distracting than an all red car.
And this discussion concerns the LS, which is the more track oriented of the Boss 302's. It would make sense to listen to a man who's an expert in that regard.
