12.4's with a DA of ~2000 feet is actually good, so
the car should have a trap closer to 117.
Seems he got out of the hole well enough too.

Maybe the tracks speed settings are off.

When you guys are dragging your Boss, what MPH do you hit in each gear? I love third, man, you punch it in third gear, even at low RPM's, the car just launches.

His launch was good but I think his shifting might need improvement..

That DA and wheel setup and some more practice he should see 12.2s@114

His first time at track that's pretty good.

What is your 60ft time on DRs? I would guess in the 1.7 range?

Nice run OP!

Shifting was fine. Always room for a little improvement. Needed better air and a better 60'.

Thanks. There a bit more in it with a bit more seat time and quite a bit with better air. Recently got a tune so looking forward to 11's in the spring.

1.7 on DR's? I would have thought they worked better than that.

Hmmm... gonna have to get a set of slicks by next season then. I really want to chop my 60' time down.

Unreal stated he has had a couple 60ft times in the 1.65-1.69 range. I was just making a guess based upon his mph and time he stated on one particular run as an average.

Actually 1.65-1.7s is great on stock suspension. With same tires and some suspension upgrades I know guys at my track pulling 1.45s with 10. Second runs.
I'm running radials because I'm in a racing club in a Street Limited class.

I'm launching at 4500. Only MT ET Street drag radials and a Steeda Upper control Arm, and @ 22-23 lbs in tires. Completely stock otherwise. I don't drop clutch.
