Nice! Very glad that you got it!
So far, pics are the only way that I've seen a Boss 302...still waiting, and waiting, and waiting, etc.

Wow, very nice. In for more pics and info.

Edit: Interesting that the LS comes with the Boss 302 splitter, as well as the LS front splitter.

Thanks!
I can't say enough about the car - it's fantastic.

My favorite mechanic at the dealership made a personal sacrifice to PDI the car for me so that I could get it home tonight before many days of forecasted rain. If not today, it might have been next week

The very first thing I noticed was the throttle response. Geez it's ... IMMEDIATE ... Revs freely Clutch pedal travel is shorter than I was expecting. I will admit I missed a couple of shifts on the ride home. I know some of you guys already warned about this, but it will just take me a bit of experience to get used to the throws.

My drive home was both expressway and side roads. I was trying to miss the rain and rush hour traffic, while keeping in mind my relatively gentle break-in process. The steering seemed very responsive. Again, I'm not pushing it by any stretch, but it was changing lanes very briskly and nicely. I was wondering if the LS shocks were going to make for a rough ride. Not at all. I was just minding my own business when my wife made the comment, "you're enjoying this car, aren't you?". She said I was driving with a huge smile on my face.

I still have all the plastic everywhere, but the seats felt great. Can't comment on the alcantara steering wheel because it was covered in plastic.

This car is absolutely terrific. I haven't 'really' driven it yet, but I can definitely tell it's potential.

Then I remembered

This is without Trackey !!! I can't wait to get the TracKey and see how it goes beyond what I'm already experiencing.

come on Ford, hurry up!!!!!!

Y'all are gonna be ecstatic over your Boss!

Think the LS splitter will clear my driveway?

Congratulations. The Black LS is sex on wheels. And no the LS splitter is not going to clear. For driving on the street I'd leave it off.

I agree - I think the neighbors might have something to say about me leaving planks of wood in the street.

Looks absolutely fantastic, njoy it! The splitter on the car is more then enough for the street, I have tripped over my several times in the garage. The shifting will get better but glad to hear about that, it is not only me. Today did a little more normal driving and I am getting better, may be the shifter itself loosening up but also a learning curve on my part.

You must have a very understanding wife,to ride home with all the plastic in place! Sometimes they don't understand our addiction to all things in the Mustang world. Great Boss LS you have!

Well if your not going to use it, I'll gladly take it off your hands.

Nice looking car. Congrats.

Look no further than Griot's!

Driveway Curb Bridge

Never Scrape Your Beloved's Undercarriage Again With Our Rolled-Curb Driveway Ramp
For those of you that live in a more modern neighborhood, where you don't have a properly sloped driveway apron for your low vehicles, here's a great solution. All it takes is 15 minutes to install these Curb Bridges and you can start enjoying drama-free, scrape-free exits and approaches to your driveway. When bolted together the ramps weigh from 150 to 200 pounds so they stay put and require no drilling into the curb or street. The sloped ends permit approaches from any direction and a 2" channel on the underside permits water to pass through the Curb Ramp.

Thanks for the idea! My driveway does not have the 'valley' which would handle the curved sides of those curb bridges. My problem is the angle at which my driveway hits the street. I think I'd need 6' boards running parallel to the car. I guess when it's time to go to a car show I'll have to install the splitter in the street. Just more ammo for the neighbors to call me the "neighborhood car nut"

Congrats! It looks even better in your pic than the glamour shots. I actually like it better without the big front splitter. I wonder how much use those will end up getting? It definitely looks like a no go on the street and I'm not sure you'll get it on a trailer either. Anyway it looks fantastic. Enjoy!

NICE

Please explain why one should have the dealer leave all the plastic and paper in the car, is it to make sure they don't screw something up or is it for collect-ability.
