I think I get this too and I can't think of anything that would cause it, in my case it seems like there just isn't much power under a certain RPM and then it wakes up.

Are you talking from idle while stopped, or in between 2,3 or 4? If anything, the throttle tip in from 2nd and 3rd should be very steep and allow you to plant you passenger back in their seat with ease.

I have heard of some owners having to get their a Trackey reflashed at the dealer to 'relearn' the proper timing position (cam sensor?), and there have been a few threads on this at BMO.

When I dropped a gear and hammered it I noticed something like this. determined it was traction control kicking in. Is this maybe your problem?

Ditto on the traction control. Even if you flip off the TC button, there is still an element of nanny in effect. Turn off the whole stability system if you want to rip it up.

^^^ What they said. Hold down TC button until it's fully disabled.

Stopped. lol

Yeah, I usually drive with the TC off on downtown city streets because of this... It gets annoying if you're needing a quick blurp of throttle.
