Hi All,

First post here... just received delivery of my School Bus Yellow 2013 Boss yesterday! I'm loving the car very much so far, but I have a quick question regarding the interior lights.

When you open the door, the dash and interior lights are supposed to illuminate, which they do, but they flash on and off first very quickly, and only then do they gradually brighten. Is this normal? I notice the lights do not flash if I open the door again right away, but if I wait a few minutes, they do.

 

If I remember correctly you can set the length of time for them to stay illuminated.

 

I think that length of time applies to exiting the vehicle though. This is when I'm just getting in after the car has been sitting for a while.

 

The interior lights on my 13 flash when opening the door then revert to a normal brightness.

 

Thank you. I guess this is normal then. The reason I asked, btw, is because earlier this morning the LCD panel started acting up (see below). It eventually returned to normal, but it make me start thinking about what else might be wrong with the car.
