Inspiration for the LS Colour Scheme?
Spotted at the Guinness World Record gathering of 767 E-types at the Silverstone Classic Motoring Festival.

Notice it doesn't have the LS wheels. I think Ford knew "posers" would try and copy the look. Needing to spend another 2k for wheels would make it pretty expensive to copy the LS (along with the paint and stripes). That should keep most of the fakes off the road.

I was under the impression that the 69 Bud Moore cars were the inspiration.
