found time on Sunday to install

I used a paper mask to find out where to drilled out the OEM emblem then applied emblem
...took about 30mins...

I'm not brave enough to drill out my original, still searching for a donor faux gas cap for the Boss Emblem.
Got mine Friday, black background w/red lettering.
Emblem comes with 3M tape, adhesive promoter & extra 3M tape for re-attaching the faux cap if you elect to remove it.

 

Wife said I got mine in the mail today. Won't be going on until December when I get home. It'll be nice to compare it to my dad's after the install.

 

Finally found a donor emblem & got mine installed last night.
Painted the 'Ford' lettering with flat black.

I really like the letters in black. emailed emblempros and asked them to make me a set of letters to go in the ford area. I installed there coil cover letters last night. They look GREAT!

Here's one in Dark Blue for my Kona Blue.

 

WOW that looks good, I have not seen Kona lettering before

 

So, has anyone seen the light green? Will it match GHIG?

 

None of these are perfect matches. But in my case, the color was close enough and seems to match pretty good.
