Front LCA Bushing Noises
My boss seems to have a problem similar to the one addressed by the the following TSB: http://www.stangpit.com/wp-content/i...b/09-24-16.pdf
Has anybody else heard/noticed a grunt/creak/squeak/chirp from the front end when driving over a speed bump or going up a driveway entrance? My boss does this daily, but mostly once the car is warm.
I'm going to the dealership next week, but I'm wondering if anybody else is experiencing this issue.

You should definitely bring it in to your dealer. Please, let me know if you need further assistance.

There are many things that can give a popping sound.
On the last Mustang I had Ford replaced the upper strut mounts, the sway bar end link bolts, both lower control arms (I was were convinced this was the real problem) and the problem was finally the engine cross member bolts!

There are about a million speed bumps out here in the Phoenix area, I will definitely be on the watch for this soon.

Bumping to see if anybody else has this issue. Last week, dealership could no reproduce the noise but nonetheless re-torqued all front suspension bolts etc. The noise disappeared for two days but has reappeared. I left a note for the service writer that the noise happens when the car is warm, but based on mileage I doubt they drove the car first to reproduce the noise. I also left the TSB on the LCA bushing issue, but service write said that the Boss has a completely different front suspension than the GT and that the TSB was inapplicable also because it was for pre2010 cars.

I began experiencing the noise about 2 weeks ago (2200 miles) in mine as well, always happens on the return trip home (warm) going over two speed bumps as well. Don't hear the noise when first leaving in the morning.
Edit: not to switch topics, but has anyone else also experienced squeaky brakes, also only when warm? Mine have started this as well, it's only at very low speeds, like from under 3 mph to a complete stop. But it's embarrassing to be driving a brand new car that sounds like a 10 year old neglected pile of metal when coming to a complete stop.

If anyone looks at you funny, just tell them you're running track pads

This is Deysha with Ford Customer Service. I recommend you make an appointment with your Ford dealer and let them diagnose your vehicle. I’d also like to escalate this for you. Could you please message me with your contact info, VIN, and dealer?

a guy on another forum I am on just had his lower control arms replaced on his 2012
Just had to have the lower control arms replaced on my 12 GT, I have less than 500 miles on it. It sounded like the front end was about to fall out, bumping, cracking, squeaking when I would ease over a speed bump.
The local dealership took my car on Monday, ordered the parts and I just got it back. So far, so good. Quiet where it should be.
As noted in the title, the TSB is 11-07-08B.

Google is giving me nothing. I am taking the car in tomorrow to have this issue looked at, I wanted to hand them the TSB when I give them the key.

I am scheduled to have a tech ride along next week in attempt to diagnose the problem, again...

Dropped my car off yesterday at the dealer, told them what noises I was hearing and when, and had them note the TSB above. They didn't have to test anything or drive the car anywhere, they called me back saying they had ordered the new arms and would call when they were in. Quick and simple.
Thanks Deysha for helping out with this!
