Front end weight - GT500 vs Boss

My last Mustang was an '08 GT500 ragtop. It felt heavy in the front end. Anyone want to hazard a guess about how much weight is on the front wheels of the Boss vs how much weight was on the front wheels of the '08 GT 500 (non-aluminum block)?

an 08 gt500 conv. was listed as a 57/43 weight distribution. with a curb weight of 4040. So about 2300 at the front and 1900 in the rear. Not to mention how ever much you weight adding into the front proportion making for a 58/42 or so...

I would suspect the Boss to be near 50/50. Probably with a 51/49 or 52/48.
That difference will feel MUCH improved.

EDIT: according to the BOSS' tech specs an estimate from Ford is listed as 55/45 out of 3631lbs.

The boss will be about 1945-1955 pounds on the front.

GT500 with a iron block motor would probably be about 250-300 more.

IMO another important factor is that the Boss' suspension is for road/track

Not to mention the overall steering improvements the new cars bring. With chassis improvements and EPAS combined, make the new cars much more nimble in the steering department.

The actual difference between the two sans the blower is 104lbs. That's based off the Coyote 5 litre vs the Australian n.a. 5.4, which is the same as the GT500's iron 5.4.

Add the weight of the blower of in the Shelby and you have the actual difference. In total I would say it's closer to 150lbs.
