Everything is perfect except one paint issue

Well I have to take the Boss in to have a paint issue taken care of. Good news is that its not the Yellow Blaze, but the Black Roof Paint. I have a couple of hazey spots. Took it in and they think they can just buff it out with no need to repaint. I just have to set up the appointment.

Its hard to describe. It is very difficult to see in direct sunlight, but in the evening you can see it. It looked like someone had put there hand on the top. Similar to someone pressing there face up against glass and leaving a grease mark. I tried to wipe it off, but no luck, its in the clear coat. The good news to me is that the Black will be much easier to fix than the YB would be. Kinda of sucks, but the dealer is on it and it will be taken care of.

So far the rest of the car is perfect! Zero shifting issues so far also. My current avg. MPG is 10.1. (All in city with almost zero on the highway)

This is one fun car to drive!! and I still haven't seen another on the road yet.

Could it have been the residual from bird poop?

I'm leaning more towards Dealer Poop.

Is it on the passengers side about 6 inches from the Left and about 3 inches round just above the windshield?

I thought it looked like bird poop residue, but the surface is perfectly smooth, and you can't feel it. The location is drivers side, about in line with the center line of the steering wheel and a little over a foot behind the windshield. It is very hard to see with the sun high in the sky, but is much easier to see in the evening. It is about the size of a partial palm print or roughly 1.5" x 3.5".

I had similar issues. About 3 seriously etched spots from bird poop. One of the many downsides of your car sitting outside fully built for two months before it's delivered.

The dealer's detailer spent the afternoon buffing the roof, it's less visible now but still visible enough to annoy the hell out of me every time I get into my brand new car. Tried PMing Deysha about it, no response yet. I'm guessing ford is going to tell me to just deal with it though.

I have some of the what I think might be bird poop etchings in the black top.
Cannot see them in direct light only indirect light at an angle.
The dealer could/would not see them but buffed the roof anyway and they are mostly invisible unless you are looking for them in low lighting.

Sorry for the late response but, I had to do a little research. I sent you a reply today.
