Any sign shop can make these and yes, you can get them in reflective as well (several colours are available). Just keep in mind that reflective will is thicker than standard automotive vinyl. It is harder to install and will not last as long as a premium 2 mil vinyl.
I'd just bring in a decent looking photo into a sign shop and say "I want a decal like this". They can then get a measurement off of your car for the size and from the pic match the font/design.

They told me 7yrs on non reflective and 4yrs reflective, at that cheap price, I'll just replace at the first sign of breakdown.

Howdy, I think that placing Boss 302 stickers on the back of the car is a good jesture, but just as a matter of historical reference, the blacked-out taillight panel was all that was needed to indicate to people following you that you were in a Boss 302... The only factory black-out treated tailpanel cars back in the day were Boss 302s (not even Boss 429s), and Ford kept that symbolic feature for the 2012s. (Some Mach 1s had the same hood treatment, but I think most, if not all, had body-colored tail panels.) Granted, in 69 and 70, everyone with a Mustang wanted to take theirs home and black-out the panel (sort of looks menacing, huh?), and no doubt, we will start seeing this again. If you get these decals made, they will be putting those on their non-Boss Mustangs too. In 69 and 70 there were slightly <9000 Boss 302s ("G-codes") made, but by the end of 70s, there were 30,000 on them on the road...at least appearance-wise . It's sort of like at car shows where every Camaro has either an SS, RS or Z28 badge on it. Really? Keep in mind, you have a "U-code" Boss 302 (as the blacked-out tail panel indicates), so you won't have to validate it by adding the badge on the back. It looks cool (I agree), but perhaps not necessary once you understand the significance of the black taillight panel...

I do see an awful lot of mustangs with Black-Out between the tails, I wish the faux cap had a BOSS 302 Logo, after all, the LS has an unique Logo in the rear, So I'll go with the sticker and maybe different wheels to try and fool people-->

I appreciate and admire the heritage of our new Boss 302's but I'm more interested in building a new heritage for the cars. The new heritage will be based on the current race cars, the 302R and 302S, just like the originals were based on the race cars of their era.

CEO, I appreciate all of that, and it's certainly correct, I still think that the B302r sticker is a nice touch, espically on a white car.
I'm considering applying one, it isn't like it can't come back off.

I'm going with Flat, undecided between slanted or straight. The slanted is crooked and if I decide to go with it, I'll do a better job (my first try) Decided not to try below brake light.
Let me know what you think, slanted or straight

Thanks for taking on this project! I like the slanted font merely because it is more representative of what is on our fenders. I want some red ones of the slanted font (and perhaps the thinner font as well). PM sent.
CEO, I too agree with your post of Boss heratige but align with Dean and 5 DOT O as to generating a new heratige for this car. The stickers look pretty neat, family with the appearance of the campaigned Mustangs and can always be peeled off.

If I were to choose I would go slanted.
But I liked the BOSS 302 plate bracket best.
I did not drill the bumper cover even though it looks like it. I bolted the bracket to the plate, covered the bolts with protective tape so it would not scratch the paint and placed industrial Velcro around the outside.

Harley, I like the straight better. It looks good on the fenders because it is stacked and at an angle
BOSS
302
plus (and this is kinda stupid but ...) it clashes with the plate letters since they are so close, just MHO.
